Lacto-Free allows you to enjoy dairy products without the symptoms such as bloating, cramps, excess gas and diarrhoea. Helps reduce symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Product Warnings: Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 48 hours for adults and children aged over 12 years.

Lacto-Free helps break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream without the symptoms.

Lactase (4,000 Acid Lactase Units), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Povidone, Magnesium Stearate.
Contains: Lacto-Free has been specially formulated to improve the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose. Lacto-free helps break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream without the symptoms.

Lacto-Free is suitable to take during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

Adults & Children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products. Repeat the dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour. Adjust dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day.
